Cardiff Shopfront Transformation

Overview

We were appointed to transform an outdated commercial frontage in Cardiff by replacing the existing shopfront with a modern, high-performance aluminium glazing system.

Scope of Works

• Detailed survey and technical drawings
• Safe removal and disposal of the existing shopfront
• Structural opening preparation
• Supply and installation of bespoke aluminium framing, glazing and entrance doors
• Internal and external making-good works

Delivery

The project required careful planning to minimise disruption while ensuring the new system integrated accurately with the existing building. Following the survey, the structural opening was prepared, fixing points aligned and the new shopfront installed with weather seals, architectural ironmongery and safety glazing.

Project Outcome

The completed transformation significantly improved the appearance, natural light, security and customer access of the commercial property. By managing every stage from survey through final finishing, we delivered a seamless refurbishment with minimal disruption.
