Luxury Restaurant Refurbishment – Cardiff

Overview

We were appointed by a long-standing client to deliver the complete supply and installation of bespoke steel glazing systems as part of the refurbishment of a luxury restaurant in Cardiff.

The project combined heritage-inspired aesthetics with modern performance, using multiple Crittall-style steel doors and glazed screens alongside a fully glazed Schüco Jansen fire-rated door set. Our team managed the project from initial survey through manufacture, installation and final handover.

Scope of Works

• Detailed site survey and dimensional verification

• Manufacture and supply of bespoke steel glazing systems
• Site management, installation and final quality inspections

Products Installed

The installation included bespoke W20 steel doors and glazed screens manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel and finished in a premium Golden Brown powder coating. Slim steel profiles created the classic Crittall-style appearance while providing the durability required in a busy hospitality environment.

A Schüco Jansen fully glazed fire-rated steel door set was also installed, providing certified fire protection while preserving the open, contemporary architectural appearance.

Project Outcome

The completed installation transformed the restaurant with elegant steel glazing, bright open spaces and a durable architectural finish. The project demonstrated our ability to manage complex architectural steel glazing packages from concept through to completion.
